Conway Scenic 252 has just crossed the Wiley Brook Trestle on its run up to Crawford Notch. the colors of the locomotive are almost a perfect match for the foliage covering the mountains.
Conway Scenic 252 is crossing the Ammonoosuc River at Fabyan's Station where they will run around their train and start the return trip to North Conway.
After a 6 hour drive from New Jersey and a steep hike, I am rewarded with the northbound Mountaineer about to cross the Wiley Brook Trestle on a gorgeous fall day.
